Having come from a private practise where the staff were dismissive to the point of rudeness (this included our previous dentist).

Your surgery has opened my eyes to what I had been putting up with for far too long. From our first visit, we have been greeted by a friendly yet very professional approach from all the staff there.

I especially liked that my toddler is encouraged and made a fuss of in the surgery, so much so that she rather enjoys going to the dentist.

I would have no hesitation in recommending your service to others, and please do keep up all the good work.
