Dr Nancy Almeida joined Appledore Dental Clinic Milton Keynes in August 2009. She is a specialist orthodontist having studied in one of the most prestigious Dental Universities throughout Europe (University of Barcelona) and at the Premier World Advanced Dental School (Las Vegas Institute). She has also contributed to scientific articles in Orthodontics and TMJ Dysfunction, presented several scientific studies and practices the latest advanced techniques in Orthodontics.

Early intervention (children from 5 to 11 years old)
If an orthodontic problem is diagnosed early Appledore can provide treatment without extractions in a majority of cases by eliminating bad habits and correcting growth patterns. It is best for us to see children early before any bad habits become difficult to treat.

Interception (teenagers from 12 to 16 years old)
Even with teenagers Appledore can generally provide much of their treatment without needing extractions

Correction (adults)
Adults are also welcome and they can find a range of selective orthodontic treatments to correct the malocclusion including Invisalign.
